High Protein Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • One scoop vanilla protein powder or 1/2 Premier Protein Vanilla RTD bottle
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 3/4 cup of Instant Decaf coffee
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  • Make the instant coffee according to the instructions.
  • In a magic bullet or blender, add all of the ingredients, including the brewed coffee. Blend until everything is well incorporated (usually 1-2 mins, depending on your blender).
  • Pour and enjoy!
